Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at epicrollbjj@gmail.com. Returns will need to be sent to: 7651 Southland Blvd, Orlando, FL 32809. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Print-on-demand products are custom-made and generally non-returnable/non-exchangeable. No size swaps. Refunds are only offered if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Exchanges
Inventory items may be eligible for exchange within 30 days if unused and in original condition. Print-on-demand items are not eligible for exchanges unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at epicrollbjj@gmail.com.
