Did you receive a defective or damaged item?
Here is what you will need to do.

Simply provide your full name, address, order confirmation number and what item(s) you need to exchange.
We will then email you a return label for your items.
*All return items must be returned undamaged in order to process a full refund or exchange.
*All refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase date.
